Iran Charges British Couple Espionage

Craig Foreman and Jay Foreman, a British couple on a round-the-world motorbike trip, were detained in Iran in January and subsequently charged with espionage. Iranian authorities, including the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, accuse them of having links to intelligence agencies of 'hostile countries' and collecting information in several Iranian provinces. The couple had reportedly ignored warnings not to travel to Iran and had crossed into the country from Armenia in December.
