Semtech Faces Multiple Securities Lawsuits

Multiple law firms, including Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, Levi & Korsinsky, and The Gross Law Firm, have filed class action securities lawsuits against Semtech Corporation. These lawsuits allege that Semtech made materially false and misleading statements to investors between August 27, 2024, and February 7, 2025. Specifically, the complaints claim that Semtech's CopperEdge products did not meet customer needs, requiring rack architecture changes, and that sales of these products would not ramp up as expected in fiscal 2026, leading to lower-than-expected sales. Investors who suffered losses during this period have until April 22, 2025, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff.
