Mount Lewotobi Laki-Laki, a volcano on Flores island in Indonesia, erupted for over 11 minutes, spewing ash eight kilometers into the sky. This led to the cancellation of at least seven international flights from Indonesia — Bali's Indonesia — Ngurah Rai International Airport, including those operated by Qatar Airways and AirAsia X, and delayed numerous others.
