Donna Elkins, a 59-year-old woman in United States — Florida, was arrested after allegedly holding two boys, aged 13 and 15, at gunpoint with a pellet gun and threatening to 'blow their heads off' because they were fishing near her property. The boys were fishing in an area owned by a community development district, approximately 30 feet from Donna Elkins' property line. Donna Elkins called 911 herself, reporting the boys and stating she had 'petrified them' and they were 'laying on the ground.' The boys remained on the ground for about five minutes until Donna Elkins' husband disarmed her. The United States — Utah County, Utah investigated the incident and charged Donna Elkins with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of false imprisonment. The boys were not physically harmed but experienced fear and some physical discomfort.
