Indian Army Jawan Arrested for Grenade Training

An India — Indian Army jawan, Sukhcharan Singh, posted in India — Jammu and Kashmir, has been arrested by the Punjab, India — Punjab Police for allegedly providing online training to Hardik Kamboj, the main accused in a grenade attack. The attack targeted the residence of India — Jalandhar-based YouTuber Roger Sandhu on the night of March 15-16, though the grenade did not explode. Pakistani gangster Shehzad Bhatti claimed responsibility for the attack, stating it was in retaliation for Roger Sandhu's alleged derogatory remarks against the Muslim community. So far, nine people have been arrested in connection with the case, and nine others, including Shehzad Bhatti, have been nominated. The incident is part of a series of recent grenade and low-intensity blast attacks in Punjab, including one at the residence of BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia in India — Jalandhar and others targeting police posts in India — Amritsar and India — Gurdaspur. The India — National Investigation Agency is closely monitoring the probe.
