Ex-Karnataka DGP Om Prakash Murdered

Om Prakash, former Director General of Police of India — Karnataka, was found murdered at his residence in India — Bengaluru on April 21. He sustained multiple stab wounds, and his body was discovered in a pool of blood. Preliminary investigations point to his wife, Pallavi Om Prakash, as the prime suspect, with reports suggesting a property dispute as a possible motive. Pallavi Om Prakash has been detained for questioning, along with their daughter. Om Prakash's son, Kartikeya, filed a police complaint, expressing suspicion towards his mother and sister, noting his mother had been threatening Om Prakash for a week. The incident is under investigation by the HSR Layout police.
