The IPO was significantly oversubscribed, with retail investors' portion booked 19.40 times, non-institutional investors 113.03 times, and qualified institutional buyers 69.51 times. Scoda Tubes shares were listed on both BSE and National Stock Exchange of India on June 4, 2025, at an estimated premium of 14% over the issue price, trading at ₹160 per share. The proceeds from the IPO are intended for expanding production capacity, funding working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes. Monarch Networth Capital served as the book-running lead manager, and Link Intime India Private Limited was the registrar for the issue.
