Concurrently, a delegation led by India's Union Commerce and Industries Minister Piyush Goyal is holding discussions with the United States to finalize a mutually beneficial trade agreement. The meetings aim to address bilateral and international issues, including the trade tensions caused by the tariffs and to intensify efforts towards a comprehensive trade deal. S. Jaishankar also engaged in other bilateral meetings, including with the Philippines Secretary of Foreign Affairs Maria Theresa Lazaro.
