Actress Isabelle Tate Dies from Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease

Isabelle Tate, an actress known for her role in United States — Nashville, Tennessee, died on October 19, 2025, at the age of 23. Her talent agent, McCray Agency, confirmed that she passed away peacefully from a rare form of Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease, an inherited neurological disorder. Isabelle Tate was diagnosed with the progressive neuromuscular disease at age 13, which led to muscle weakness and required her to use a wheelchair. She had recently graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and had just landed her first acting role. Her family has requested privacy and suggested donations to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association in her memory. The entertainment community has expressed shock and grief over her sudden passing.
