Officer Connor Grubb Acquitted in Ta'Kiya Young Shooting

Connor Grubb, a United States — Blendon Township, Michigan police officer, was acquitted on all counts, including murder, involuntary manslaughter, and felonious assault, in the fatal shooting of Killing of Ta Kiya Young, a pregnant Black mother. The incident occurred on August 24, 2023, outside a Kroger store in suburban Columbus, United States — Ohio, after Killing of Ta Kiya Young was accused of shoplifting.
