Nephrocare Health Services, operating as NephroPlus, is launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from December 10-12, 2025. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 353.4 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 1.12 crore shares by existing shareholders including Investcorp, Healthcare Parent, Investcorp, Edoras Investment Holdings, Investcorp, International Finance Corporation, and 360 ONE Equity Opportunities Fund. The company plans to use Rs 129.1 crore from the fresh issue for opening new dialysis clinics in India and Rs 136 crore for debt repayment. Nephrocare Health Services is India's largest organized dialysis service network, with a global presence including clinics in the Philippines, Uzbekistan, Nepal, and a recent joint venture in Saudi Arabia. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Meritz Securities, Ambit, Si Creva Capital Services, and Nomura Holdings — Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) are the book-running lead managers.
