The study, published in the journal Aging and involving 1,669 participants from the TwinsUK and Kora cohorts, found that individuals with more Theobromine in their blood had a biological age lower than their chronological age. While the findings are exciting and suggest potential health benefits, researchers caution against increasing dark chocolate consumption due to its sugar and fat content.
