Key partners include IHS Towers, Nigeria, Airtel Africa — Airtel Networks Limited, Alphabet Inc., Microsoft, Huawei, Moniepoint Inc., the United Nations Development Programme, and the European Union, with the European Union pledging $48 million to the 3MTT Digital Skills Fund. The Nigeria — Nigerian Communications Commission also provided 1.5 billion naira worth of laptops. The program emphasizes collaboration between government, industry, and development partners to expand Nigeria's digital workforce and position the country as a net exporter of tech talent.
