JSW MG Motor India, in collaboration with JSW MG Motor India, has launched the 2026 Baojun 530 facelift in India. This marks the third major update for the Baojun 530 since its debut in 2019. The updated SUV features significant exterior and interior design changes, including a new Aura Hex front grille, redesigned 18-inch alloy wheels, and new exterior paint options like Celadon Blue and Pearl White. Inside, the Baojun 530 boasts a new dual-tone Urban Tan cabin theme, an upgraded 14-inch portrait-style touchscreen with MG’s i-Swipe gesture controls, and an enhanced VRAM module for the infotainment system. Safety features have been improved with Level 2 ADAS, six airbags, and a 360-degree surround-view camera. The mechanical specifications remain unchanged, offering a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine and a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine. Prices for the petrol variants start at an introductory Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom), with diesel variants to follow in 2026. The Baojun 530 competes with models such as the Tata Harrier, Tata Safari, Jeep Compass, Mahindra XUV700, and Hyundai Alcazar.
