Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Hospital, a regional healthcare provider in Gujarat, is launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from December 22 to December 24, 2025. The IPO, priced at ₹108-₹114 per share, aims to raise ₹250.8 crore through a fresh issue of 2.20 crore shares. The funds will be used for strategic acquisitions, including Rath Hospitality Private Limited and partial payment for Ashwini Medical Centre, increasing stake in Harmony Medicare Private Limited, setting up a new hospital in Vadodara, purchasing robotic equipment, reducing debt, and funding future inorganic growth. The company has already raised over ₹100 crore from anchor investors, including Venus Investments VCC – Venus Stellar Fund and Khandelwal Finance Private Limited. Nirbhay Capital Services Private Limited is the book-running lead manager, and MUFG Intime India is the registrar. The shares are expected to list on BSE and National Stock Exchange of India by December 30, 2025.
