ACP Ogbon-Inu Taiwo Popoola Dies

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ogbon-Inu Taiwo Popoola, died during a management meeting at the Nigeria — Ebonyi State Police Command headquarters in Nigeria — Abakaliki, Nigeria — Ebonyi State. He developed breathing difficulties and was rushed to the Police Medical Centre, where he was later confirmed dead. Preliminary medical findings indicated cardiac arrest secondary to hypertensive heart disease. Ogbon-Inu Taiwo Popoola was in charge of the State Intelligence Department and was described by the Nigeria — Nigeria Police Force as a committed and professional officer.
