The acquisition, executed by GE HealthCare's wholly-owned subsidiary International Hospital Limited, includes the hospital business, infrastructure, underlying land, and an adjacent land parcel. GE HealthCare plans an additional investment of Rs 410 crore over the next three years to expand the facility's bed capacity from 125 to over 300 beds and augment medical equipment and clinical programs.
