Hyundai Motor Company has officially entered the commercial mobility segment in India with the launch of its 'Prime Taxi Range,' consisting of the Prime HB hatchback and Prime SD sedan. These vehicles are specifically designed for fleet operators and taxi entrepreneurs, emphasizing low operating costs, reliability, and high earning potential. Both models are powered by a 1.2-liter Kappa four-cylinder engine, available in petrol and CNG options, and come with company-fitted CNG kits and a speed-limiting function. Pricing starts at ₹5.99 lakh for the Prime HB and ₹6.89 lakh for the Prime SD (ex-showroom).
