Mahindra & Mahindra has launched its new electric subcompact SUV, the XUV 3XO EV, in India, with prices starting at Rs 13.89 lakh. The vehicle is offered in two variants, AX5 and AX7L, with deliveries scheduled to begin on February 23, 2026. The XUV 3XO EV is powered by a 39.4 kWh battery pack, providing a real-world driving range of up to 285 km. It features a 110 kW motor, 310 Nm of torque, and can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 8.3 seconds. Key features include Level 2 ADAS, Adrenox connected car technology with built-in Alexa, a Harman Kardon audio system, dual-zone climate control, and a panoramic Skyroof in the top variant. Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO of the Automotive Division at Mahindra & Mahindra, highlighted the vehicle's engineering around real usage patterns for everyday mobility needs. The XUV 3XO EV is positioned to compete with Tata Motors' Nexon EV and Punch EV in the affordable EV segment.
