The India — Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) is set to launch a new system by April that will allow its approximately 8 crore subscribers to withdraw their provident fund (EPF) directly into their bank accounts using the Unified Payments Interface (UPI). This initiative, spearheaded by the India — Ministry of Labor and Employment, aims to streamline the withdrawal process, eliminating the need for lengthy claim applications and reducing administrative burden on the India — Employees Provident Fund Organisation.
