Carlos Coutiño, the current Managing Director, will transition to a new leadership position within its parent company, AB InBev, as the Managing Director for Honduras and El Salvador. During his eight-year tenure in Nigeria, Carlos Coutiño played a pivotal role in guiding International Breweries plc, leading it to achieve its highest-ever sales volume, market share, and profitability after six years of restructuring. He also championed a successful digital product for AB InBev in Nigeria, which has since scaled across six countries. Nicholas Kent, previously the Sales Director of International Breweries plc, has been appointed as the new Managing Director. Nicholas Kent brings over 15 years of commercial leadership experience across Africa, with a strong track record in growth strategy and operational execution.
