The report highlights a significant gap between Artificial Intelligence adoption and training in workplaces, suggesting potential productivity challenges and a need for increased investment in employee upskilling. This could impact the human resources and technology sectors as companies seek solutions to bridge this gap.
A report by Genius HRTech and Digipoll, based on a November 2025 survey of 1,704 professionals, reveals that Artificial Intelligence adoption in workplaces is outpacing corporate training. The study found that 71% of professionals expect their roles to change due to AI integration, yet 61% reported inadequate guidance on effective AI usage. While 67% of respondents are already using AI tools, experiences are mixed, with 25% finding AI adds complexity to their work. Trust in AI-generated insights is also low, with only 49% trusting them without manual verification. R. P. Yadav, chairman and managing director of Genius HRTech, emphasized the importance of human intelligence and AI complementing each other for future workplace success.
