Nitin Gadkari calls for generational shift

Union minister Nitin Gadkari advocated for a generational shift in leadership, stating that the older generation should step aside once systems are running smoothly to allow younger individuals to take on important responsibilities. He made these remarks at a press conference in India — Nagpur concerning the Advantage India — Vidarbha-Khasdar Audhyogik Mahotsav, an industrial exhibition conceptualized by Nitin Gadkari and organized by Ashish Kale, president of the Association for Industrial Development (AID). Nitin Gadkari praised Ashish Kale for involving the young generation in the Advantage India — Vidarbha initiative. The three-day expo, scheduled from February 6 to 8 in India — Nagpur, aims to establish India — Vidarbha as a strong and emerging growth hub on India's industrial map, attracting participation from diverse sectors including textiles, plastics, minerals, coal, aviation, logistics, IT, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, defence, real estate, renewable energy, and startups. Nitin Gadkari emphasized the importance of industry, agriculture, and the service sector for regional development.
