Chile Wildfires Force Evacuations, Deaths

Wildfires are raging in southern Chile, primarily in the Ñuble and Bío Bío regions, leading to a state of catastrophe declared by President Gabriel Boric. The fires have resulted in at least 18 deaths, forced the evacuation of approximately 20,000 people, and destroyed at least 250 homes.
