FBI Probes Jim Irsay Death

The United States — Federal Bureau of Investigation has launched an investigation into the death of former United States — Indianapolis owner Jim Irsay, who died in May at 65. The probe focuses on the circumstances surrounding his death, his substance use, and his relationship with addiction recovery specialist Harry Haroutunian. Haroutunian, who was treating Jim Irsay with Ketamine and Opioid, signed Jim Irsay's death certificate, listing cardiac arrest due to pneumonia and heart issues as the cause, with no autopsy performed. Reports indicate that Jim Irsay received alarming amounts of prescription drugs from Harry Haroutunian, leading to overdoses in late 2023. The United States — Indianapolis are aware of the investigation but have not been contacted directly. The United States — Drug Enforcement Administration is assisting the United States — Federal Bureau of Investigation in the inquiry. The case draws parallels to the death of Matthew Perry, also linked to Ketamine.
