Microsoft Visio, developed by the France — Interministerial Digital Agency (DINUM) and hosted on Dassault Systèmes — Outscale's sovereign cloud infrastructure (a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes), has been in testing for a year and is now being deployed to 200,000 public agents. The platform incorporates AI technology from French startups Pyannote and Kyūtai for transcription and subtitle generation. This shift is expected to enhance data security, reduce reliance on foreign technology providers, and generate significant cost savings for the French government, estimated at €1 million per year for every 100,000 users.
