CARs) 2023. The regulations mandate airlines, travel agents, and tour operators to provide opportunities for passengers to request assistance at the point of booking across all sales channels. Michael Achimugu, Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, signed the statement on behalf of Director-General Chris Najomo.
