Udit Narayan's First Wife Files Complaint

Barath Narayanan, the first wife of Bollywood playback singer Udit Narayan, has filed a police complaint in Supaul, India — Bihar, accusing Udit Narayan, his brothers Sanjay Kumar Jha and Lalit Narayan Jha, and his second wife Barath Narayanan of criminal conspiracy. The complaint alleges that in 1996, Barath Narayanan's uterus was removed without her consent or knowledge under the pretext of medical treatment in India — Delhi. She also claims that Udit Narayan married Barath Narayanan while still married to her, and that she has faced abuse, neglect, and broken promises of financial support from Udit Narayan over the years. The police have confirmed receipt of the complaint and are investigating the decades-old allegations.
