Bharat-VISTAAR will be available 24/7 via mobile or phone call, with an AI assistant named Bharati, and will integrate AgriStack portals and the India — Indian Council of Medical Research's agricultural practice packages. It aims to serve as a 'National Digital Backbone' uniting Central and State systems, leveraging the national AI ecosystem.
