Indian Youth Congress Workers' Bail Deferred

Earlier bail pleas for Divyansh Girdhar and Bhudev Sharma were rejected, with the court stating that their cases were distinct from other co-accused who had been granted bail. The India — Delhi Police is also challenging the bail granted to nine other accused and is seeking to apprehend absconding individuals, including Manish Sharma, National In-charge of the India — Indian Youth Congress, and Vishwajeet Kadam, who are alleged to have played key roles in organizing the protest.
