The India — Karnataka government, through its 158th State Level Single Window Approval Committee meeting, approved industrial projects with a total investment of ₹4,824.31 crore. Industries Minister M. B. Patil announced that these 37 new industries and 2 additional investment projects, spread across 13 districts including Vijayapura, Bagalkote, Chitradurga, Kolar, and Ramanagara, are projected to generate 14,525 new employment opportunities. Notable approvals include projects for Jas Constructions Private Limited, Karnataka Bangaru Sugars Private Limited, Kleine Pax Ltd, Trishul Buildtech and Infrastructure Private Limited, Troult Grass Private Limited, and Mirabelle Agro Manufacturing Private Limited.
