Lily Sillis Diagnosed with FND

Lily Sollis, a 23-year-old from Blackburn, experienced a sudden onset of severe neurological symptoms starting February 10, including facial spasms, drooping, and inability to speak. Her condition rapidly deteriorated, leading to multiple seizures daily, full-body paralysis, and involuntary movements. After being transferred to Royal Preston Hospital, Lily Sollis was diagnosed with Non Epileptic Seizure Attack Disorder, Functional Neurological Disorder, and Functional Movement Disorder. Her mother, Sara Sillis, has since launched a GoFundMe page to help cover treatment costs and raise awareness for Functional Neurological Disorder, as Lily Sollis now requires full-time care.
