Costco Recalls Meatloaf for Salmonella

Costco has issued a recall for its popular 'Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes and Glaze' meal kits (Item #30783) due to potential Salmonella contamination. The recall affects products with sell-by dates between March 5 and March 16, 2026, sold in 26 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. The issue originated from an ingredient supplier, Griffith Foods Inc., which announced a recall of an ingredient used in the meatloaf. Costco has advised customers not to consume the affected product and to return it for a full refund. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the recalled meals so far.
