Vivo is set to launch its new flagship smartphone, the Vivo X300 Ultra, along with the Vivo X300s, in China on March 30, 2026. The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to feature a dual 200MP camera setup, including a primary Sony Lytia 901 sensor and a Samsung Electronics HP0 periscope telephoto lens, with a '3+2' Zeiss (company) lens system. It will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, come with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, and run on Android 16. The device is rumored to have a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. The expected price for the 12GB + 512GB variant is around CNY 7,500 (approximately Rs 1,01,000). Vivo also showcased the X300 Ultra at MWC 2026 and plans for a global launch, with India expected between April and June 2026.
