Aclara Submits Penco Module Addendum

Aclara Resources Inc. formally submitted the Extraordinary Addendum (Addendum 3) to the Chile — Environmental Assessment Service of Chile on April 1, 2026. This submission is a crucial step in the final stage of the environmental evaluation process for the Penco Module Project. Addendum 3 provides comprehensive responses to observations raised during the technical assessment, reinforcing Aclara Resources' commitment to high environmental and social standards. The Penco Module Project aims to produce significant quantities of heavy rare earths, which are vital for a diversified and cleaner global supply chain. José Augusto Palma, Executive Vice President of Aclara Resources, emphasized the rigor of their technical work and commitment to the communities and environment in Chile. The addendum also includes adaptive measures in response to wildfires that affected the project area in January.
