The consideration included $600,000 in cash, a $450,000 convertible promissory note, and 6,846,000 shares of Nexscient's restricted common stock. In conjunction with the acquisition, Anthony De Luna, founder and CEO of Flipside AI, was appointed Chief Technology Officer of Nexscient and also joined Nexscient's Board of Directors. He will continue to serve as CEO of Flipside AI. This acquisition significantly expands Nexscient's global footprint and enhances its expertise in Physical AI data engineering, computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI training data workflows, aiming to build a vertically integrated AI ecosystem.
