The acquisition by Evaaro of Keg Logistics and North Keg, supported by MML Keystone and Invesco Direct Lending, creates a significant international player in the beverage keg management sector. This expansion is expected to drive growth and operational efficiencies for Evaaro, potentially impacting the competitive landscape for brewing customers globally.
Evaaro, a portfolio company of MML Keystone, announced the acquisition of Keg Logistics (USA) and North Keg (Canada) from existing shareholders, including Seaport Capital. This transaction, supported by a senior secured credit facility arranged by Invesco Direct Lending, combines the acquired entities with Evaaro's existing business, ekeg (UK & Ireland). The merger creates a unified, multi-jurisdictional keg management and pooling platform operating across the UK & Ireland, the USA, Canada, and the EU. The move is intended to accelerate growth, deepen service capabilities, and expand the customer base to nearly 3,000 brewers globally, fostering cross-border commercial relationships. The transaction is expected to close by the end of April 2026.
