OneQode, in collaboration with Hitachi — Hitachi (a subsidiary of Hitachi) and Cylix Applied Intelligence, has announced a strategic alliance to launch the Sovereign AI Factory initiative. This multimillion-dollar alliance aims to deploy sovereign AI infrastructure across key global markets, with Australia, Japan, Malaysia, and Singapore as the initial phase markets, and the United States targeted for future expansion. The initiative will enable governments and enterprises to deploy advanced AI capabilities while maintaining full control over data, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. OneQode provides the core infrastructure, Hitachi — Hitachi contributes its Hitachi iQ AI platform, and Cylix Applied Intelligence architects and operates the AI layer, offering fully managed AI services. This collaboration is driven by the increasing demand for sovereign-capable solutions, particularly in Australia, where data sovereignty is becoming a critical requirement for enterprises.
