Nordic Communications Group, the parent company of Telness Tech, announced the divestment of its mobile virtual network operator Telness to Telia Company in Sweden. As part of the transaction, Telness will sign a long-term agreement with Telness Tech for the continued use of its Seamless OS technology platform. This deal marks Telia Company as the first mobile network operator to deploy Seamless OS. Telness will continue to operate under its own brand as part of Telia Company's Swedish B2B-business. Telia Company will seek approval from the Sweden — Inspectorate of Strategic Products to finalize the transaction. Telness Tech will also undergo a rebranding process to operate as an independent technology company.
