ESR Secures US$850M Equity

ERC, an Asia-Pacific focused real asset owner and manager, has secured US$850 million in additional equity capital from its existing shareholders. This investment will strengthen ERC's balance sheet and accelerate its long-term growth strategy, particularly in logistics real estate and data centers. The company has also realized over US$2 billion in net proceeds since January 2025 through divestments and recapitalization, simplifying its portfolio and recycling capital into core growth sectors. ERC's strategy focuses on priority markets including Australia, Japan, and South Korea, with expansion into Greater China, India, and Southeast Asia.
