In immunodeficient mouse models, the transplanted thymic organoids successfully generated multiple T cell lineages and demonstrated functional responses to immune stimuli. Furthermore, in a targeted cancer model, organoids generated antigen-specific T cells that slowed tumor growth in mice, with enhanced activation of natural killer cells also observed.
