Telix, Regeneron Radiopharma Collaboration

Telix Pharmaceuticals and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals announced a strategic collaboration to jointly develop and commercialize next-generation radiopharmaceutical therapies. This partnership combines Telix Pharmaceuticals' expertise in radiopharmaceutical development and manufacturing with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals' antibody discovery platforms and oncology experience. Under the agreement, Telix Pharmaceuticals will receive an upfront cash payment of US$40 million for four initial therapeutic programs. The companies will share equally in global commercialization costs and potential profits. Telix Pharmaceuticals also has the option to opt-out of co-funding for specific programs, in which case it would be eligible to receive up to US$535 million in development and commercial milestones, plus low double-digit royalties on future net sales for that program. The collaboration also includes the joint development of diagnostic assets, with Telix Pharmaceuticals leading commercialization and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals receiving a percentage of profits. This initiative aims to address unmet medical needs in oncology, particularly for hard-to-treat cancers like lung cancer.
