The new entity, Trident Aliska Digital Tech Ghana Limited, will develop and commercialize proprietary digital technology solutions for public and private sector clients across Ghana. The JV projects combined revenue of up to US$800 million over the first five years of operation. Trident Digital Tech Holdings will lead technology development, platform engineering, and technical system management, while Aliska Business Advisory and Research Limited will focus on project research, design, securing government approvals, permits, and project funding.
