Business Core Solutions Acquires Techie2Pillar

Business Core Solutions (BCS), an Agentic System Integrator, announced the acquisition of Techie2Pillar, a company specializing in voice and conversational AI. This strategic move aims to strengthen Business Core Solutions' ability to deliver scalable AI solutions for enterprises and expand its Agentic Service as a Software (ASaaS) offerings. The acquisition follows six months of collaboration where both companies worked on real business use cases, demonstrating the effectiveness of AI-driven agents in daily operations. Techie2Pillar will be integrated into Business Core Solutions' ASaaS portfolio and will form the foundation of Proxyn.ai, a new sister company. This integration combines Techie2Pillar's expertise with Business Core Solutions' extensive library of agent blueprints, enhancing its capability to design and deploy outcome-driven enterprise AI execution. Prakash Palani, CTO of Business Core Solutions, emphasized that the acquisition will enable the delivery of reliable production-ready AI solutions and faster agentic use case deployment through Proxyn.ai. Bharani, CTO of Techie2Pillar, noted that joining Business Core Solutions' ASaaS portfolio will facilitate better design and deployment of AI systems that integrate smoothly with enterprise tools. The combined capabilities are intended to help enterprises move from fragmented automation initiatives to structured, agent-driven operations, addressing key challenges in AI adoption and scaling.
