The development will span approximately 12.40 acres and feature 812 premium residences. Signature Global will incorporate Tonino Lamborghini's design philosophy into the project, including architectural elements, building facades, and lifestyle amenities. The commercial arrangement includes a fixed licensing fee and an additional fee linked to project performance. The estimated cost of the project is around ₹2,891 crore, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹4,000 crore.
