Ahmed Al Qassim, Group Head of Wholesale Banking at Emirates (airline), highlighted the strong participation from lenders, reflecting deep distribution across their network and continued appetite for real estate-linked credit. Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, emphasized that the facility enhances Dar Global's liquidity and provides flexibility for growth. Dar Global is majority owned by Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company.
