The integration of CASH+ by KuCoin Institutional is expected to enhance capital efficiency for institutional clients in digital asset markets, potentially increasing liquidity and trading activity. This move bridges traditional finance with digital assets, offering new avenues for yield generation and collateral management.
KuCoin Institutional has integrated Asset's CASH+ product into its institutional collateral framework, expanding its real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure through the Off-Exchange Settlement (OES) program and RWA Collateral Mirroring Solution (RCMS). This integration allows institutional clients to obtain stablecoin-equivalent trading credit while benefiting from underlying yield exposure, enhancing capital efficiency. CASH+ is an institutional-grade money market yield token providing 1:1 exposure to units of the CMS USD Money Market Fund, I Class, managed by CMS Asset Management (HK) Co., Limited, a subsidiary of China Merchants Securities. It offers an annualized yield of 3.5% to 4% and is deployed on Ethereum and BNB Chain. This development is seen as a significant step in bridging traditional finance with digital asset liquidity.
