Meningitis B Outbreak in Weymouth

Three cases of meningitis B have been confirmed in young people in United Kingdom — Weymouth, United Kingdom — Dorset, between March 20 and April 15. Two of the affected students attend Budmouth Academy, and one attends Wey Valley Academy.
