Pastor Asonye Isaiah, 37, of Rock of Love and Adoration Ground, Old Karshi, Abuja, was arrested by the Nigeria — Nigeria Police Force for allegedly defiling a 16-year-old girl in Nigeria — Nasarawa State. The crime came to light after the victim's guardian noticed unusual changes in her behavior, leading to a medical examination that confirmed penile penetration. Asonye Isaiah confessed to the offense during interrogation. Shetima Mohammed, the Commissioner of Police for Nigeria — Nasarawa State, has directed the case to be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Lafia, for comprehensive investigation and prosecution.
