Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) has successfully closed a US$100 million, 5-year loan facility from the India — Export-Import Bank of India (India Exim Bank). This agreement, signed at AFC's Investor Day in United Kingdom — London, reinforces a long-standing partnership between the two institutions, building on a previous US$100 million financing in 2021. The facility will support AFC's mandate to accelerate the development of critical infrastructure and industrial assets across Africa, including projects in power, transport, telecommunications, and heavy industry.
